Red Onions
Red onions have a beautiful dark red to purple outer paper skin and inside their crisp, sweet white flesh is edged with color.
Red onions are good to eat raw, chopped or sliced into salads, salsas, dressings and marinades or you can roast them whole. They can be added to nearly any dish to add flavor.
Red onions provide significant amounts of vitamin C and vitamin B6. They are also one of the best food sources of chromium.
