- Kennedy’s Rooster Potatoes.
- 1 cup of milk.
- 1/3 cup of butter or margarine.
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
Traditional Mashed Potato Recipe
- Peel the Kennedy’s Roosters and place in a large saucepan of water. Cover and bring to the boil.
- Cook for 20 – 25 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
- Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
- Mash until light and fluffy.
