- 900g Brussels Sprouts.
- 25g Butter
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Buttered Brussels Sprouts Recipe
- Prepare the Brussels Sprouts by removing the outer leaves. Trim the base and cut a cross in the base of each sprout if you wish.
- Cook in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes, depending on the size, until just cooked – don’t overcook.
- Drain, toss in butter, season with salt and pepper, serve immediately.
